As questions have arisen regarding when New England’s All-Pro tight end, Rob Gronkowski, would finally suit up for a game after a series of off-season back and forearm surgeries, Gronkowski held a press conference to reiterate that he will not play until he is cleared to play by his doctors.

Gronkowski, who has practiced with the Patriots on a limited basis every week this season, told reporters, “Gronk make footballs when white coat men say Gronk play strong good,” driving home the fact that he does not want to re-aggravate his injury, saying, “Gronk want strong!  Gronk no want new ouch.  Ouch make Gronk cry sad, no football play.”

Gronk also stated that he hopes to suit up soon to help the Patriots push for the playoffs, and he understood why fans might be frustrated by his lengthy absence from the field.  He closed his remarks by imploring Patriots fans to be patient, adding, “When Gronk play footballs strong, fan happy Gronk show smile muscles!  Boobs.”
