With fan interest waning after Derrick Rose’s ACL injury, the NBA has announced it’s pulling Bulls playoff games from a national TV rotation, and will instead air them on Chicago cable access and some of the closed circuit televisions found at many gas pumps around the region.

“It’s an unfortunate situation, but apparently no one has any faith in the Bulls’ playoff run,” said NBA commissioner David Stern. “We’ve got no choice but to feature the games in a forum more befitting of this sharply decreasing fan interest.”

Fans who do want to watch the Bulls games can either find them on CAN TV channel 19, best-known as the station normally catering to Slovakian-American goat herders and stoned disco fans. Fans without cable are encouraged to get a gallon or two of gas every couple minutes during an upcoming game.
