The Chicago Blackhawks got their first home win last night, defeating the Nashville Predators 3-1. Unfortunately, due to the Hawks’ blackout restrictions set forth by owner Bill Wirtz, The Heckler is not allowed to actually reveal highlights.

Michal Handzus opened the scoring by [highlight deleted] after Radim Vrbata [highlight deleted] as Martin Havlat [highlight deleted]. It was one of the greatest hockey plays ever. The fans were roaring.

The second period saw no scoring but Hawks goaltender Nikolai Khabibulin kept his team in the game with his [highlight deleted] as well as the amazing [highlight deleted], showing us why he is a Stanley Cup-winning goaltender.

Twelve minutes into the third period, Jeff Hamilton was set up by Bryan Smolinksi and Mikael Holmqvist. Smolinski [highlight deleted] with the puck and [highlight deleted] to Holmqvist, who dazzled fans as he [highlight deleted] then [highlight deleted] and Hamilton [highlight deleted]. That was the game-winner and the UnitedCenter was rocking as fans [highlight deleted].
