Lakers games to be broadcast on SOAPnet for remainder of 2013 season
Despite being one of the marquee franchises in the NBA, the Los Angeles Lakers have been transitioned off TNT and NBC. Instead, their games will be aired on a network that makes more sense: SOAPnet.
“We’re overjoyed!” said SOAPnet exec Sally Benson. “These guys are way more melodramatic than our current shows and storylines. Will Kobe [Bryant] and Dwight [Howard] make up? Will Steve [Nash] come between them? Or will their rivalry tear this team apart? You’ll have to tune in to find out!”
