Following Sunday night’s 54-11 humiliation in Philadelphia, the Bears guaranteed they’ll “at least show up” Sunday afternoon when they play the Packers for the NFC North title.

“That was the worst game I’ve ever been a part of,” said coach Marc Trestman. “I can guarantee you we’ll be prepared for Green Bay Sunday. Well, at least more prepared then we were for that bloodbath in Philly. We’ll at least show up this time. That much I know.”

Quarterback Jay Cutler echoed his coach’s halfhearted confidence.

“Sunday could be my last game in a Bears uniform and I don’t want to go out like a complete chump,” said Cutler, who will become a free agent after this season. “Maybe a partial chump, but not a complete one.”
