Ryno strikes out in traffic court

A Heckler spotter who prefers to remain nameless saw Ryne Sandberg downtown today. He wasn't shopping or having lunch. Rather, Ryno was in traffic court with one of his sons trying to help Lil' Ryno beat a moving violation.

Sandberg's effort was unsuccessful and the ticket stood. Maybe the judge was a Sox fan.

The Juice said...: I am shocked and appalled by this revelation. As a former athlete, this man should be held to a higher standard than the rest of society, and I find it sickening to see him use his celebrity for personal gain and to avoid prosecution. What is this world coming to?
